 Our Refund Policy

At Diastral Web Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services tailored to your business goals. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protect both parties.

 

1. Website Design & Development Services
 

Once a project has started and initial concepts or development work has been delivered, refunds are not available. This is due to the time, resources, and strategy already invested.

If a client decides to cancel before any work has begun, a partial refund (minus consultation and planning fees) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
 

2. Monthly Maintenance or Hosting Subscriptions
 

You may cancel your monthly service at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. Services will remain active until the end of that period.

 

3. Client Dissatisfaction
 

If you're unhappy with a service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve concerns and revise within the agreed scope. Refunds will only be considered if:

  • No final work has been delivered, and

  • The request is made within 7 days of payment.

     

4. Custom Projects
 

For large or custom packages, a refund structure will be discussed and documented in the project contract.
